Sources said as many as 60 doctors at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) and 50 in Safdarjung Hospital have contracted <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hamslive.com\/news\/2021\/12\/31\/covid-cases-deaths-alarmingly-rise-in-india-omicron-tally-jumps-to-1270\/\">COVID<\/a> in the last few days.<\/p>\n<p>There are about 25 medicos that have turned up positive at THE Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital. Sources at the Maulana Azad Medical College said more than 20 doctors from different branches were in isolation after testing positive.<\/p>\n<p>At Lady Hardinge Medical College, around 20 healthcare workers have contracted COVID-19, the sources said.
