Hyderabad:<\/strong> Schools have reopened in Andhra Pradesh today, for which all precautionary steps have been taken and safety measures are strictly followed.<\/p>\n The academic year 2020-21 has been extended to 30 April. The schools will open in a phased manner. Given the Covid-19 situation, several changes have been made from the daily schedule to the mid-day meal to follow the safety protocol. The state government has decided to open schools in view of the decline in coronavirus cases in the state. For this, the social distance protocol will be followed.<\/p>\n Wearing masks, washing hands, and maintaining physical distance is mandatory, which is followed by every child. Classes start at 9:15 AM and run until 1:45 PM. For students who are not coming to school, online classes are being conducted for them in the afternoon.<\/p>\n The academic year 2020-21 has been extended to 30 April with a total of 180 days of work. Alternative arrangements have been made for students who prefer to stay at home and study online.
