A Congress source said, &#8220;If the political situation in Punjab Congress becomes completely normal, then Kanhaiya and Jignesh may join the Congress on September 28.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Originally from Bihar, Kanhaiya Kumar, a charismatic speaker at JNU University rose to fame during his fiery speeches.
