Sonia Gandhi is seen wearing the same clothes as in the viral image. The bookshelf behind her shows that there is no Bible, no statue of Jesus, and no book titled \u2018How to Convert India into a Christian Nation\u2019. There is a space where the Holy Bible is seen in the viral photo and is empty in the original and the conversion to Christianity book has been added by editing the title of another book. The statue of Jesus is nowhere to be seen on the bookshelf. All three of them have been edited into the photo to make this false claim.<\/p>\n

The No Conversion Twitter handle has over the years spewed open hatred to Christians sharing morphed videos, pictures, stories, and statements, ridiculing Christians evoking hatred to the point that statements of genocide to Christians were made.\u00a0 It is stunning that such a poisonous hate-filled handle remains on Twitter but sources allege the owner of the handle to Shefali Vaidya, a friend of Prime Minister Modi.<\/p>\n
In the past, several attempts have been made by the BJP by posting fake or morphed photos of Sonia Gandhi with sexist captions, with an attempt to portray that she doesn\u2019t conform to \u201cIndian culture\u201d and to question her character.<\/p>\n
Besides this, many false stories keep circulating about her. It seems strange that the BJP is so insecure of a lady who is Italian and Catholic but has adapted to India and gone to temples, made no attempts to Christianize India but lies keep generating about her. Incidentally, the BJP and should know that Catholics are basically not evangelical, and Catholics immerse themselves in good works as a reflection of their love for God and humanity.<\/p>\n
