We live in a success-oriented world where people are striving for the big and the powerful. They want bigger cars, bigger houses, bigger paychecks, and all that is fine because people need to find their comfort zones. However, if our focus becomes our achievements, we lose out on the tiny things in life which are truly our greatest joys and actually give us the best success.<\/h2>\n

The power of stopping everything during moments of your day is invigorating.\u00a0 Stop, take a deep breath and enjoy the fresh breeze, relish the aroma of flowers on a starry night, pause and pray through the day, delight in the dew of the morning, and the list goes on.\u00a0 You will suddenly experience a wonderful ecstasy and energy revitalizing your spirits, and this in turn energizes and heals your body.\u00a0 Your mind will start to calm down and all fears start to leave you.<\/p>\n

The same goes for tiny acts of goodness.\u00a0 Each act of goodness you do unto another person triggers centers in your brain with the happy hormones, endorphins associated with feeling enchantment and wonder, and dopamine which makes us feel jubilation, excitement, and stimulation.<\/p>\n

Another tiny thing that changes our lives is awareness of our thought life.\u00a0 We often are unaware of our internal fear, worry, complaining thoughts, anger, negativity, and resentment and it flows through us with an ugly stench coursing through us daily and polluting us like a dirty river.<\/p>\n

In an act of awareness, when we practice being aware that we are traveling along that polluted river of thoughts and by decisions instead wade out of the filthy river and dive into a lake of clear sparkling blue waters of faith, freedom, joy, and calm surrender.\u00a0 Relish on your blessings, on the wonderful things you could do to change your situation, and the great acts you could accomplish.<\/p>\n

Life is a series of small things which open greater doorways. The greatest journeys in life all start with a small step.\u00a0 Through small acts of good, and tiny great thoughts each day, you will rise to higher zones.<\/p>\n

In life, a tiny deed<\/span><\/p>\n

Can turn a life around<\/span><\/p>\n

A tiny word, sweet smile<\/span><\/p>\n

A small good deed<\/span><\/p>\n

Transforms all things<\/span><\/p>\n

And has the loaded power<\/span><\/p>\n

Of a mighty missile<\/span><\/p>\n
