Military plane crash in Dallas airshow caught on video; 6 feared dead as the 2 World War II-era planes reduced to particles<\/h1>\n<\/div>\n

A Dallas airshow saw two World War II-era planes being reduced to particles as they collided midair on Saturday. The planes involved in the horrific crash caught on camera were a Boeing B-17 Flying Fortress and a Bell P-63 Kingcobra.<\/p>\n

The entire incident has been caught on camera as the planes were part of the airshow. Officials have not confirmed casualties but according to reports at least six people were on board and they are all feared dead.<\/p>\n

Americans tweeted, \u201cTwo military planes collided and crashed to the ground Saturday during a Dallas\u00a0air show<\/a>. It was unclear how many people were on board the aircraft or if anyone on the ground was hurt.<\/p>\n

\u201dDavid Sentendrey from Fox News tweeted, GRAPHIC VIDEO: A mid-air collision involving two planes near the Dallas Executive Airport, today. Horror took over the airshow in as viewers stood stunned at what unfolded in front of their eyes. \u201cI just stood there. I was in complete shock and disbelief,\u201d said Montoya, 27, who attended the air show with a friend. \u201cEverybody around was gasping. Everybody was bursting into tears. Everybody was in shock.\u201d<\/p>\n

Dallas mayor Eric Johnson said the videos of the crash are heartbreaking. The National Transportation Safety Board had taken control of the crash scene with local police and fire providing support, the mayor said.<\/p>\n

David Sentendrey reported, \u201cThe WWII planes were not performing \u201cdynamic maneuvers\u201d when the crash happened, according to Commemorative Air Force. Volunteer pilots who are \u201ctrained and vetted\u201d were flying. The planes are based out of Houston \u2014 and owned\/operated by CAF.\u201d<\/p>\n
