Lalit<\/p>\n<p>The next senior-most judge Justice Chandrachud will take oath on November 9 and demit the office on November 10, 2024. The Union Law Ministry had on October 7, written a letter to Lalit requesting him to recommend his successor.<\/p>\n<p>Justice Chandrachud completed his LLB (Bachelor in Law, Degree) from Delhi University. He studied at Harvard University after receiving the prestigious Inlaks Scholarship.
