He was 86 years old. He is survived by his wife, two sons, and a daughter.<\/p>\n<p>Sardar Buta Singh was born on 21 March 1934 in Mustafapur village in Jalandhar district of Punjab. Before entering politics, Buta Singh was a journalist.
