Of the 11 patients admitted to the ICU, 5 died, 28 including the other 6 sustained burns.<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Rajkot:<\/strong> Five people died and another 28 were burnt in a horrific fire in a Covid-19 hospital in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/place\/Malaviya+Nagar,+Rajkot,+Gujarat+360004\/@22.2666596,70.7922233,16z\/data=!3m1!4b1!4m5!3m4!1s0x3959ca6597ff8531:0xb68ad434dedfa180!8m2!3d22.266557!4d70.795643\">Malaviya Nagar area of \u200b\u200bRajkot city<\/a> in Gujarat on Thursday at midnight.<\/p>\n<p>Police Station Incharge N. Bhukan said a sudden fire broke out on the first floor of the three-storeyed Udaya Shivanand Covid Center hospital near Anand Bungalow Chowk. There were a total of 33 patients admitted to the hospital. Five of the 11 patients admitted to the ICU died in the accident, while 28 people, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hamslive.com\/news\/2020\/11\/19\/covid-cases-in-india-and-delhi\/\">including six other ICU patients<\/a>, suffered burns.<\/p>\n<p>Scorched people have been admitted to other hospitals. Those who died were identified as Sanjay A. Rathod (57), Ram Singhbhai (65), Nitinbhai, Keshubhai La. Akbari (50), and Rashiklal Sh. Agrawat (69).<\/p>\n<p>Fire Department personnel said that firefighters along with six fire engines rushed to the spot as soon as the fire was reported. Fire personnel managed to control the fire this morning after nearly six hours of hard work.
