On Sunday, April 10, 2022, a\u00a0 tragedy took place during the Ram Navami<\/a> procession, organized in Chhindwara city, by the Hindu Utsav Samiti, when a DJ train had come under the railway’s high tension wire and the mishap happened.<\/p>\n A young man was standing on top of the DJ car and was holding a flag in his hand. The flag was fixed to an iron pipe, which touched the mainline of the railway.\u00a0 Six people got electrocuted on the spot and the condition of one youth is said to be critical, admitted to the district hospital for treatment.<\/p>\n The procession was being taken out from the four gate area of \u200b\u200bthe city.\u00a0 On the impact of the bolts of electricity, they were thrown on the streets and their clothes were blown apart.<\/p>\n On the road, people were screaming, terrified on seeing the dead bodies strewn on the streets, while attempts were being made to revive them, and others were shouting out asking for vehicles to take the bodies.
