Senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has always accused the Modi government of favoring the opulent class and on Thursday slammed the BJP government at the Center as “friends of Prime Minister Narendra Modi”. He shared that the Center has waived off the loan from fuel tax collection tweeting that direct ‘benefit’ was transferred to Prime Minister Modi’s friends.<\/p>\n
Of note, he tweeted, Direct \u2018Benefit\u2019 Transfer to Modi-Mitr.\u00a0 JanDhanLootYojana, and reveals that 26.51 lakh crores were collected from the public in the form of fuel<\/a> tax, and 10.86 lakh crores of loans of rich friends were waived with the money deposited from fuel tax.<\/p>\n Rahul Gandhi hashtagged Jan Dhan loot scheme and also shared a picture in which it is written that 26.51 lakh crore was collected from the people as fuel tax and Rs 10.86 lakh crore loan taken by the rich was waived.
