assembly constituencies in Bihar<\/a>, 54.06 percent of people voted till 5:00 PM, while voting in four assembly constituencies ended at 4:00 PM.<\/p>\nAccording to the state election office, 54.06 percent of the people have exercised their franchise till 5:00 PM in the third phase elections. The voting was going on peacefully by the time of writing this report.<\/p>\n
During this time, Kishanganj has the highest number of 59.99 percent voters while in Vaishali the lowest is 49.97 percent. Similarly, 52.08 percent polling has been recorded by that time in the by-election for the Valmikinagar Lok Sabha seat.<\/p>\n
At the same time, polling ended at 4:00 PM in Valmikinagar and Ramnagar (reserved) in West Champaran district and Simri Bakhtiarpur and Mahishi assembly constituencies in Saharsa district.
