Six BJP workers were injured in an attack when a crude bomb was hurled at them in West Bengal. This occurred in the Rampur village of South 24 Parganas district late Friday night.
The injured workers allege that the bomb was hurled at them by TMC workers when they were returning from a wedding. They are presently in hospital undergoing treatment.
The matter is under investigation because the West Bengal Legislative Assembly election, 2021 will begin on Saturday, 27 March. The claims of the workers are yet be ascertained.
